Transforming Growth Factor-b1 Lyophilized. Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution of 50 µg BSA/µg TGF-b1, 30% acetonitrile, 0.1% TFA. Native transforming growth factor-b1 from porcine platelets. Promotes apoptosis in resting human lymphocytes, glioma cells, and trigeminal neurinomal cells. Biological activity: ED50 = 0.1-0.2 ng/ml.
