Tumor Necrosis Factor-a Inhibitor White solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. HYGROSCOPIC. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable indolyl-chromenone compound that rapidly inactivates TNF-a by non-covalently binding to the TNF-a trimer and promoting subunit dissociation and preventing TNF-a binding to its receptor (IC50 = 22 µM).
