(His)6-Ub Lyophilized. Recombinant ubiquitin fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in E. coli. Useful for ubiquitination of protein substrates and subsequent metal chelate affinity purification of ubiquitinated molecules.
