Liquid. In 50 mM HEPES, 1 mM DTT, pH 7.6. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Native, rabbit ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase. A member of the lower molecular weight ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs) involved in the hydrolysis of small C-terminal derivatives of ubiquitin that form non-specifically during protein ubiquitination. Also reported to play a significant role in the cleavage of the C-terminus of NEDD8, a ubiquitin-like protein that conjugates to nuclear proteins. Biological activity: Fully functional as measured using Ub-AMC (Cat. No. 662075) as the substrate. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE.
