White solid. Indole alkaloid that binds to tubulin, inhibiting formation of microtubules. Depolymerizes microtubules. Induces increase in micronuclei and delays cell cycle progression. Anti-neoplastic agent. Induces apoptosis in human lymphoma cells by disrupting microtubules. Purity: ≥99% by TLC. RTECS OH6340000, CAS 2068-78-2.
