GST•Bind™ Purification Kits
Affinity purification of GST fusion proteins

The GST•Bind™ Purification Kits are based on the widely recognized affinity of glutathione-S-transferase fusion proteins for immobilized glutathione.

Product Description

GST•Bind™ Resin utilizes an 11-atom spacer arm to covalently attach reduced glutathione via a sulfide linkage. The high degree of substitution of glutathione ensures a high binding capacity with yields of glutathione S-transferase (GST) fusion proteins of 5 to 8 mg/ml settled resin. The resin can be re-used several times without loss of capacity.
