Affinity enrichment of ATP-binding proteins The ATP-Binders™ Resin allows for group separation of protein kinases and other ATP binding proteins, yielding partially purified cell extracts enriched in protein kinases that retain enzymatic activity. The unique affinity resin contains ATP covalently linked through the gamma phosphate and a flexible 13-atom linker, presenting an ideal configuration for recognition by the conserved ATP binding pocket of kinases. The 200 µm resin particles have protein binding capacity up to 250 µg per ml of packed resin. The ATP-Binders resin is compatible with mild detergents and suitable for isolation of cytosolic and solubilized membrane proteins. The resin is provided in dry form and requires reconditioning prior to use. Features and Benefits:
