ProteoExtract® Collagenase Set is a collection of four types (Type I, II, III, and IV) of crude preparations of collagenase from Clostridium histolyticum that are qualified for tissue dissociation. This kit is ideal for use with the ProteoExtract Tissue Dissociation Buffer Set and when working with a variety of sample types which often requires finding the optimal collagenase for proper dissociation. The kit includes 100 mg of each lyophilized enzyme. |
