FoldACE™ Reagents are a collection of proprietary, novel refolding additives that are utilized in various wells of the iFOLD™ Protein Refolding System 3 screening matrix. The Reagents, when combined with different combinations of buffering systems, pH values, and redox agents, provide unique refolding conditions to test on your targets. In addition to being available in the pre-dispensed iFOLD 3 96-well plate, all 5 FoldACE Reagents are available separately in powder form for 1 L scale-up experiments, once ideal conditions for refolding have been identified. Bulk amounts may also be requested. |
