Comments: Recognizes the ~55-58 kDa latent form of caspase-8 in non-apoptotic Jurkat cells and with ~18 kDa active form in apoptotic Jurkat or HeLa cells. Additional proteins at ~42-44 kDa corresponding to the heavier processed chain may appear in some apoptotic cell lines.
