Comments: Reacts with the zymogen form of caspase-8 (both reported forms; 55-58 kDa in non-apoptotic Jurkat cells) and with the 18 kDa subunit in apoptotic Jurkat or HeLa cells. Additional bands at 42-44 kDa corresponding to the heavier processed chain may appear in some apoptotic cell lines.
