Positive Control: Jurkat cells treated with etoposide or NIH 3T3 cells treated with staurosporine
Negative Control: Normal rabbit IgG (Cat. No. NI01)
Comments: Recognizes the ~18 kDa large subunit of caspase-6. Does not recognize other cleaved caspases.
