Lanes 2 and 3: Detection of human CAS by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibody for IP: Anti-CAS Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. AP1045) (3 �g/mg total protein; lane 2) and Rabbit IgG (3 �g/mg total protein). Immunoblotting conditions: same as lane 1.
