Comments: A convenient kit useful for the identification of phosphatidylserine (PS) that is translocated from the cytoplasmic face of the plasma membrane to the cell surface during apoptosis. Annexin V has a strong natural affinity for PS, hence, it is used for detecting apoptosis. This assay can be performed on live cells.
