Lane 1: Detection of human PARC by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (30 µg) from U2OS cells. Primary antibody: Anti-PARC (1-763) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. DR1040) (1:3000) (4-12% SDS gradient gel). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lanes 2 and 3: Detection of human PARC by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate from U2OS cells. Antibody for immunoprecipitation: Anti-Parc (1-763) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. DR1040) (1:100/500 µg total protein in 500 µl) (Lane 2) or Rabbit IgG control (5 µg/500 µg total protein in 500 µl) (Lane 3). Immunoblotting conditions: same as in Lane 1. Lane 4: Same as lane 1 analyzed on 3-8% SDS gradient gel.
