Lane 1: Detection of human TIP60 by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (25 µg) from Saos-2 cells. Primary antibody: Anti-TIP60 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. DR1041) (1:3000). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lanes 2 and 3: Detection of TIP60 by immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (500 µg) from Saos-2 cells (lane 2) and negative control sample (lane 3). Antibody for immunoprecipitation: Anti-TIP60 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. DR1041) (1:100). Conditions for immunoblotting: same as lane 1.
