Comments: High-throughput screening version of Cat. No. QIA58. A non-isotopic immunoassay for the quantitation of BrdU incorporation into newly synthesized DNA of actively proliferating cells. Wavelengths between 315 and 340 nm for excitation and 370 and 470 for emission can be used for detection.
