Detection of human IkBa, phosphorylated on Ser32/36, by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells treated with ALLN (100 mg/ml for 30 min), followed by incubation with TNF-a (1 nM, lanes 2, 4) or without TNF-a (lanes 1, 3).
