Comments: Recognizes the ~53 kDa mutant p53 protein under non-denaturing conditions by immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry. Recognizes both mutant and wild-type p53 by immunoblotting and paraffin sections under denaturing conditions.
