Detection of human GSK-3b by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate from control cells (lane 1) or control cell lysate spiked with recombinant GSK-3b (lanes 2-5). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3b (pSer9) (Ab-1) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. PC242) (1:1000) pre-incubated without peptide (lane 1, 5), or with phosphopeptide immunogen (lane 2), non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (lane 3), or a generic phosphoserine-containing peptide (lane 4).
