Positive Control: Epidermal growth factor-treated HeLa cells
Comments: Recognizes the ~23 kDa Bad protein phosphorylated at Ser112 in EGF treated HeLa cell lysates. Does not cross-react with phospho-Bad Ser136 or any other phosphorylated member of the Bcl-2 family.
