Detection of mouse cleaved Bid by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from L929 cells left untreated (lane 1), treated with actinomycin alone (5 µg/ml, lane 2), or treated with 5 µg/ml actinomycin plus 2.5 ng/ml, 5 ng/ml, and 10 ng/ml mouse TNFa (lanes 3, 4, 5, respectively). Primary antibody: Anti-Cleaved Bid (Ab-1) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. PC645) (right panel) (0.5 µg/ml) and Anti-Bid total left panel (5 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence.
