Samples: Whole cell lysate from porcine aortic endothelial (PAE) cells transfected with chimeric CSF-1/mouse VEGFR2, stimulated with CSF-1 (lanes 1-4,6) or left unstimulated (lane 5). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-VEGFR2 (pTyr1214) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. PS1012) (0.5 mg/ml) pre-incubated without peptide (lanes 1,5,6), with non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (lane 2), a generic phosphotyrosine-containing peptide (lane 3), or the phosphopeptide immunogen (lane 4). Detection: chemiluminescence.
