Format: Flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy
Form: 100 Tests
Detection Method: Fluorescence
Species Reactivity: a broad range of species
Assay Time: 1.5 h
Sample Type: Cultured cells
Kit Contents: Labeled Caspase-3 Inhibitor (FITC-DEVD-FMK), Wash Buffer, Caspase-3 Inhibitor (Z-VAD-FMK), and a user protocol.
Comments: A convenient and sensitive method for the detection of activated caspase-3 in living cells.
