Samples: Whole cell lysate from cells transfected with wild-type MEK (lanes 1, 2), Thr³⁸⁶AlaMEK mutant (lanes 3, 4) or Thr²⁹²AlaMEK mutant (lanes 5, 6) with lanes 2, 4, 6) or without (lanes 1, 3, 5) MAPK co-transfection. Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-MEK1/2 (pThr³⁸⁶) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1002) (1:1000). Detection: chemiluminescence.
