Detection of human FAK, phosphorylated at Ser 722, by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from mitotic human epithelial carcinoma cells expressing FAK. Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-FAK (pSer722) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1008) pre-incubated without peptide (lane 1), or with phosphopeptide immunogen (lane 2), non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (lane 3), or a generic phosphoserine-containing peptide (lane 4), (0.5 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence.
