Detection of human MEK2, phosphorylated at Thr394 by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from A431 cells treated with EGF. Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-MEK2 (pThr394) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1016) (1:1000) pre-incubated without peptide (lanes 1, 5, 6), or with non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (lane 2), a generic phosphothreonine-containing peptide (lane 3), or phosphopeptide immunogen (lane 4). Detection: chemiluminescence.
