Detection of human CSN3 by immunoblotting. Samples: whole cell lysate from HEK293 cells mock transfected (E, 50 µg) and transfected with CNS3 expression construct (T, 25 micro;g). Primary antibody: Anti-CSN3 Rabbit pAb (Cat. N0. ST1043) (0.2 µg/ml, 0.1 µg/ml, and 40 ng/ml, as indicated). Detection: chemiluminescence.
