Lane 1: Detection of human separase by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (20 µg) from HepG2 cells. Primary antibody: Anti-Separase Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1118) (1 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lane 2: Detection of human separase by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (500 µg) from HepG2 cells. Antibody for immunoprecipitation: Anti-Separase Rebbit pAb (Cat no. ST1118) (5 µg/500 µg total protein). Immunoblotting conditions: Sample: half of the immunoprecipitated separase. Primary antibody: Anti-Separase Rabbit pAb (Cat No. ST1118) (2 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence.
