Lane 1: Detection of human IDE/insulysin by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (20 µg) from HT1080 cells. Primay antibody: Anti-IDE/Insulysin Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1120) (0.5 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lane 2. Detection of human IDE/insulysin by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (500 µg) from HT1080 cells (lane 2) and negative control sample (lane 3). Antibody for immunoprecipitation: Anti-IDE/Insulysin Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1120) (5 µg). Immunoblotting conditions: same as lane 1.
