Samples: Whole cell lysate (20 µg) from HEK293 cells transfected with full-length, recombinant, human SENP1, SENP2, SENP3, SENP5, SENP6, and SENP7, all fused to a FLAG® tag sequence. Primary antibodies: Anti-FLAG® tag antibody (upper panel) and Anti-SENP1 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1152) (1:1000; lower panel). Detection: chemiluminescence.
